摘要
土地调查是全面查清土地资源和利用状况,掌握真实准确的土地基础数据的调查,为科学规划、合理利用、有效保护土地资源提供依据。以武汉市江夏试点区为例,介绍了第三次全国土地调查试点的概况、主要任务、内外业作业流程和作业方法,结合实践提出了一些思考及建议,对全面开展第三次全国土地调查工作具有参考和借鉴意义。
The land investigation is a comprehensive investigation of land resources and utilization,acquiring accurate land basic data,it provides a basis for scientific planning,rational utilization and effective protection of land resources.The paper describes the summary,main tasks,workflows of the 3rd national land investigation,and provides the discussions and the suggestions with the case studies.
