摘要
目的探讨完善对家属的管理在提高患者家属满意度中的效果。方法便利抽样选择2015年6-12月入住温州医科大学附属第一医院重症监护室患者家属120例为对照组,实施常规管理;同法选择2016年6-12月入住重症监护室患者家属120例为观察组,在原有常规管理基础上加以完善。对两组家属进行满意度调查。结果观察组患者家属ICU相关满意度均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论完善对家属的管理能有效提高ICU患者家属的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of perfecting the management of family members on enhancing satisfaction of family members of inpatients.Methods By convenience sampling,120 cases of family members of ICU patients hospitalized from June to December,2015 were selected as the control group and received routine management.120 cases of family members of ICU patients from June to December,2016 were selected as the observation group,and received improved management.The satisfaction of two groups was evaluated.Results The satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Improving the management of family members can effectively enhancethe satisfaction of family members of inpatients.
