摘要
14 400t系列船采用深V船型,下水横梁是该系列船船台下水必要工装,下水横梁的脱离方式至关重要,为确保船舶下水安全、操作方便,对其工艺进行优化。传统工艺是切割吊挂下水横梁的吊环,但这会导致装焊吊环区域甲板、企口外板、舷墙外板的变形,产生吊环拆除痕迹,影响外观质量,且铝合金舷墙外板无法承受下水横梁的载荷。设计制作新型可控下水横梁脱钩器,将其装焊在水线以下的外板上,实现水上绳控、水下脱钩器脱钩,达到下水横梁快速脱钩的目的。脱钩器待船舶进入船坞时拆除,避免船舶下水时的切割作业,提升外观质量。
Crossbeam is crucial for the launching of 14,400 t ship which takes a deep V design,and how to release the crossbeam is vital to the successful launching of the ship.In order to ensure the safe and convenient operation of the ship launching,the process is optimized.The traditional method,by cutting slings which hold crossbeam,will cause deformation and scar on deck,shell plate and bulwark.This is not only detrimental to the appearance quality,but also too much force from launching crossbeam for aluminum bulwark to withstand.The design of a new type of controllable crossbeam releaser welded upon shell plate below waterline can fulfill the objective of underwater quick releasing and improve ship's appearance quality.The releaser can be dismantled when ship is docked,thus avoiding cutting activity during ship launching.
