摘要
为了实现对轴对称的温度场分布进行定量测量,提出了一种新颖的以纹影技术为基础的温度场分布测量方法。该方法分析了温度场分布定量测量的原理和Abel逆变换原理,得到了相应的计算公式,并在光学实验平台上搭建了透射式纹影系统用于轴对称温度场分布测量,进一步将纹影仪的测量值与热电偶的测量值进行对比,最大测量误差为5%。实验结果表明,纹影仪测温法与热电偶测温法具有较好的一致性,纹影法可有效地实现轴对称温度场分布测量。
In order to measure the temperature of the axisymmetric transient temperature field quantitatively,a novel metliod based on schlieren technique is presented.The principle of temperature measurement and Abel inversion were analyzed and the calculation formula was obtained.A transmission schlieren system for tempera-ture field measurement was built on an optical table.The measured values were compared with those of thermo-couple temperature measurement,and the maximum measurement error was 5%.The experimental result shows that the temperature measured by the schlieren instrument is in good agreement with the measured value of the thermocouple,and the temperature field can be measured effectively by using the schlieren technique.
