摘要
针对HX_D3D型快速客运机车分布范围广、交路复杂、组织运用情况不同等特点,对HX_D3D型机车C5修检修技术规程所面临的问题和基本要求进行了分析,合理规划了HX_D3D型机车驱动装置检修技术规程检修范围,明确了驱动装置关键部件轮对、六连杆驱动装置C5修检修技术要求,在保障运用安全的前提下,有效地节约了检修资源,对和谐型快速客运机车驱动装置的检修具有重要价值。
Base on considering the HX D3D locomotive characteristics of wide distribution,complex,diverse application,the difficulties and basic requirements of C5 technical specification for maintenance for HX D3D locomotive are analyzed.This paper rational plans the maintenance scope of HX D3D locomotive,clears the key parts of device drive wheel,six connecting rod driving device of C5 repair technical requirements.In the premise of ensuring safe use,effectively saving maintenance resources,having important value to the maintenance of harmony type fast passenger locomotive.
