摘要
目的 探讨不同环境条件下人血痕数字图像颜色变化的时间规律,为推断现场血痕经过时间提供一种无损、简便、客观的方法。方法 制备白色纺织物载体上人50μL血量的血痕标本,置于不同环境中(室温黑暗、室温自然光照和4℃冰箱),在不同血痕经过时间应用数码相机对血痕进行图像采集,通过数字图像分析技术(MATLAB)提取血痕图像的6种参考指标数值(RGBCYM),并作统计分析。结果 应用数码相机可以获得不同环境条件下50μL血量血痕的数字图像。在血痕经过时间888 h内,反映血痕图像颜色变化的6项参数指标中,R值(红)、Y值(黄)、M值(品红)与血痕经过时间呈负相关,G值(绿)、B值(蓝)与血痕经过时间呈正相关,C值(青)规律性不明显;其中M值(品红)与血痕经过时间的相关性最好,C值(青)与血痕经过时间的相关性最差。结论 应用数码相机结合数字图像分析技术获得了不同环境条件下反映血痕经过时间的回归方程,为法医学血痕经过时间推断提供了一种无损、客观的新方法。
Objective To investigate the relation between color changes of human blood stains on digital images and time.To provide a convenient,non-invasive,and objective method for age estimation of blood stains,which is suitable to be used at the crime scene.Methods Blood stain specimens of 50μL were prepared from where they had been deposited on the white textile carrier,and then placed in different environments(dark and room temperature,light and room temperature,4℃refrigerator).A digital camera(Canon 5D Mark IV)was used to acquire blood stain images at different time points.Finally,values of six parameters(RGBCYM)of the images were extracted using digital image analysis technology(MATLAB)and statistical analysis was performed.Results In 888 hours,6 parameters reflecting the color changes of the 50μL blood stain images,which were stored in different environmental conditions were obtained using a digital camera.The results revealed that R(red),Y(yellow),and M(magenta)were negatively correlated with time;G(green)and B(blue)were positively related with time;changes in C(cyan)were not obvious;and the correlation between M(magenta)and time was the strongest,while the correlation between C(cyan)and time was the worst.Conclusion Combined with digital image analysis technology,regression equations reflecting the age of blood stains in different environments were obtained using a digital camera.This study demonstrated a new,non-invasive,and objective method for age estimation of blood stains in forensic medicine.
