摘要
介绍了原配料线的缺点、改造目的和实施方案,总结了改造后软硬件达到的效果和整条自动配料线的成效;指出了企业在自动化、智能化生产装备升级的同时,对员工操作、维护等方面的能力培养和提高也将成为企业下一步努力的方向。
The disadvantages of theoriginal batchinglinefor monolithic refractories,the upgradingaim and implementeition plain were introduced.The performance of the whole automatic batching line after was summarized.It is pointed out that besides automation,intellicgent production equipjment upgrading,the ability cultivation of ste-ff opereition,maintenance and other aspects shall also be paid-tention.
