摘要
目的:探究胃癌中医辨证分型与TFF1表达、EGFR表达相关性。方法:选取80例胃癌患者作为研究对象,依据《中医病证诊断疗效标准》将其分为实证组(43例)及虚证组(37例),另选同期30例健康体检者为对照组,在征得所有受试者知情同意下对其三叶因子1(TFF1)表达、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)表达进行测定并分析二者之间的相关性。结果:实证组、虚证组、对照组TFF1表达、EGFR表达两两比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实证组及虚证组内各证型患者TFF1表达、EGFR表达比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TFF1表达与胃癌中医辨证分型呈负相关性,而EGFR表达则与胃癌中医辨证分型呈正相关性,可作为胃癌辨证分型的微观分子指标加以使用。
Objective:To explore the stomach of traditional Chinese medicine and the expression of TFF1,EGFR expression correlation.Methods:80 cases of gastric cancer patients as the research object,according to the"standard of diagnosis of disease and curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine"it can be divided into positive group(43 cases)and the deficiency syndrome group(37 cases),choose 30 cases of healthy check-up for a control during this period,under the consent of all the subjects were informed about the 3 leaf factor 1(trefoil factor 1,TFF1)expression,epidermal growth factor receptor(epithelial growth factor receptor,EGFR)were measured and analyzed the correlation between them.Results:The positive group,the deficiency syndrome group,control group TFF1 expression,EGFR expression two comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Each card type in the empirical and deficiency syndrome group patients TFF1 expression,EGFR expression comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of TFF1 and gastric cancer negative correlation of traditional Chinese medicine,and the expression of EGFR was positively correlation with stomach cancer of traditional Chinese medicine,can be used as a micro molecular indicators of cancer of the stomach to promote the use.
