摘要
采集有稻瘟病病害的寒地水稻茎秆拉曼光谱原始数据,对原始数据进行预处理,从蛋白质、核酸、碳水化合物三大基本生命物质方面,对水稻茎秆的拉曼光谱典型峰值871 cm-1、1 001 cm-1、1 153 cm-1、1 520 cm-1进行确认,并对拉曼光谱曲线中的特殊结构以及不同峰值处化学键的变化进行理论分析与解释。通过分析正常水稻茎秆拉曼光谱与稻瘟病发病茎秆拉曼光谱在位移、峰数、相对强度上的差异,运用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC曲线)方法计算7个特征峰的曲线下面积,结果显示最小曲线面积为0.83,说明诊断性较明显,可以达到水稻稻瘟病诊断的目的。
Raman spectroscopy was used to analyze the diseased stem of rice with the original data of Raman spectra of rice stem collected in cold region.After the raw data was preprocessed,it w-as identified that the typical peak values of the Ra^nan spectra of rice stem were871cm1,1001cm1,1153cm1,1520cm'.The changes of chemical bonds in the specific structures of Raman spectra and the changes of chemical bonds at different peaks were analyzed and explained from the three basic life materials of protein,nucleic acid,carbohydrates.By analyzing the differences in the displacement,peak number and relative intensity of the spectrum lines of normal rice stem and the diseased stem,the minimum cur^^e area of0.83in the seven characteristic peaks was calculated with the method of the receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC curve).The experiment showed that the result of the diagnosis was obvious,which could achieve the purpose of rice blast diagnosis.
