秦山核电站邻近海域网采浮游植物群落分布及其影响因素 被引量:9

Distribution of net-collected phytoplankton and influence environmental factors in spring and autumn in the adjacent waters near Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant

摘要 秦山核电站位于杭州湾北岸湾顶,其邻近海域受到钱塘江淡水径流和江浙沿岸流的共同影响,水体环境复杂。本研究根据2012年5月(春季)、10月(秋季)秦山核电站邻近海域15个站位网采浮游植物群落调查及理化因子测定,研究了该海域浮游植物群落结构、分布及其影响因子。同时比对历史数据,分析该海域浮游植物群落对环境变化的响应。调查共鉴定检出浮游植物5门60属139种(春季5门36属70种、秋季5门51属115种),其中硅藻42属110种(占85.3%),甲藻8属12种(占9.3%),绿藻、蓝藻和裸藻偶有检出。春季浮游植物平均丰度(1 802.62×104个/m^3)高于秋季(877.15×104个/m^3),其中琼氏圆筛藻Coscinodiscus jonesianus和中肋骨条藻Skeletoema costatum为两季优势种。聚类分析和典范对应分析表明,两季浮游植物群落差异显著,氮磷比、溶解无机氮、溶解无机磷和盐度是影响调查海域浮游植物的主要环境因子。比对历史资料得到,30年来秦山核电站邻近海域浮游植物赤潮藻种的增加和群落结构及丰度的改变受到营养盐含量及结构变化、水温升高等因素共同作用。 Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant lies in the north bayhead of the Hangzhou Bay.The adjacent waters are affected by Qiantang River diluted water and coastal currents.The water environment is fairly complex.As the basic and fundamental part of food chain,phytoplankton plays an indispensable role to the marine ecosystem.However,the distribution and structure of phytoplankton and its influence factors in the adjacent seas near Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant remain poorly documented.The aim of this investigation was to clarify the response of phytoplankton to environmental factors.15 net-phytoplankton samples were collected from the study area in spring and autumn respectively.In order to understand the seasonal variation of net-phytoplankton and the relationship between the community structure and environmental effects,a canonical correspondence analysis(CCA),an analysis of similarities(ANOSIM),and other analytical methods were used.Based on 30 netphytoplankton samples from the study area,a total of 5 phyla,60 genera and 139 species were identified,including 110 species of diatoms,12 dionflagellates,and other rare species belonging to chlorophyta,euglenophyta,and cyanophyta.The phytoplankton abundance in spring(1 802.62×104 cells/m3)was generally higher than that in autumn(877.15×104 cells/m3).Coscinodiscus jonesianus and Skeletoema costatum were the dominant species for both seasons.CCA indicated that N/P,dissolved inorganic nitrogen,dissolved inorganic phosphorus and salinity were the main factors controlling phytoplankton community.The result of cluster analysis indicated that the structure of phytoplankton community showed a significant seasonal change.Comparing with the historical data for 30 years,we found that the high-growth of red tide species and the succession of phytoplankton community were suffering from a combination of nutrients concentration rise,N/P increase and warming of sea.
