摘要患者女,93岁,既往体健,无高血压、糖尿病史,患者于半年前无明显诱因出现右下眼睑肿物,约1cm×1cm,自服消炎药无明显好转。遂就诊于兰州空军医院行光动力治疗,1次/周,共5次,效果欠佳。于2017年8月就诊于甘肃省人民医院,行局部肿物切除术。术后病理提示:恶性肿瘤,考虑低分化鳞癌,癌组织紧邻基地切缘,侧切缘未见癌组织累及。建议:1.免疫组织化学染色明确组织类型。
