摘要
本试验以3~4年生辽峰葡萄为材料,研究不同时期和不同浓度单氰胺对温室辽峰葡萄萌芽率、花芽率的影响。结果表明:温室辽峰葡萄用单氰胺处理能起到打破休眠的作用,在辽宁地区即中国东北地区,11月1日对温室辽峰葡萄扣棚休眠,可在第2年的1月15日左右进行破眠处理,能很好的打破温室辽峰葡萄休眠,而且浓度选择25倍52%单氰胺稀释液,此浓度能很好的提高温室辽峰葡萄的萌芽率和花芽率。
The germination rate and flower budding rate were studied by different periods and different concentrations of mono cyanamide taking 3-4 years old LiaoFeng grape as material.The results showed that the effect of LiaoFeng grape in greenhouse by treatment of using mono cyanamide could break dormancy in the Liaoning area.It could be good to breaking dormancy of LiaoFeng grape in greenhouse by covering quilt on November 1st at the first year and by treatment of using mono cyanamide on January 15th of the second year and could improve germination rate and flower bud rate by 52%Mono cyanamide 2 5 diluted concentrations.
