摘要
盐酸克伦特罗是"瘦肉精"的主要成分之一,对其进行精准在线检测是目前食品安全行业重要的课题。依据光声光谱法检测原理,提出三光路检测盐酸克伦特罗的方法,即利用3个滤光片交替检测后,对得到的光声信号进行加权修正。这种方法能够克服单光路检测中水分对测量的干扰,并在时间三光路数学模型建立的基础上对光声光谱检测平台进行设计,将测得的光声信号利用小波变换去噪,同时,对测量数据和传统紫外法进行比较,确定了该方法的准确性和可行性。
Clenbuterol hydrochloride is one of the major components of"clenbuterol",carrying on the accurate on-line detection is the important topic of food safety industry.By studying the principle of photoacoustic spectroscopy detection,this paper put forward three-light path detection clenbuterol hydrochloride method,namely using three filters to test alternately,and conducting the weighted correction for the obtained photoacoustic signals.This method can overcome the measuring interference of moisture in single photon path test and established the photoacoustic spectroscopy detection platform on the basis of three-light path mathematical model in time,and used wavelet transform to process the photoacoustic signal for denoising.At the same time,it compared the data with traditional ultraviolet spectrum method,to determine the feasibility and accuracy of this method.
