摘要
针对顾客之间需求的差异性对企业经营决策带来的影响,提出基于QFD的个性化定制产品规划模型。结合个性化定制的特点,对传统质量屋进行改进,并阐述了改进后质量屋的构建过程。在此基础上,建立以顾客满意度最大为目标,以生产成本与生产时间为约束函数的规划模型。最后,以洗衣机的定制作为研究实例,通过建立规划质量屋和规划模型,并应用Matlab软件求解得到规划结果,论证了该模型的有效性与科学性。
According to the impact of customers′demands difference on enterprise operating decision-making,a QFD(quality function deployment)based product planning model with personalized customization is proposed.In combination with the characteristics of personalized customization,the traditional house of quality is improved,and its construction process is de-scribed.On this basis,a planning model was established,which takes the maximum customer satisfaction degree as the objec-tive,and the production cost and production time as the constraint function.The customization of washing machine is taken as the research instance.The planning quality house and planning model are constructed,and the Matlab software is used to solve the planning results.The validity and scientificity of the model are demonstrated.
