科技金融为科技型企业融资需求开辟了一条便捷高效的路径,降低了投融资者的准入门槛与交易成本,满足了更多小微初创企业的融资需要。与传统金融业相比,科技金融有其独有的特点。投资者如何选择产品,如何规避可能存在的风险,是科技金融健康发展的保证。
Science and technology finance has opened up a convenient and efficient path for the financing needs of science and technology companies,reducing the access thresholds and transaction costs for investors and financiers,and meeting the financing needs of more small and micro startups.Compared with the traditional financial industry,science and technology finance has its unique characteristics.How investors choose products and avoid possible risks is a guarantee for the healthy development of science and technology finance.
