摘要
                
                    生化活性污泥法,该方法会产生大量生化污泥,污泥处理和处置费用在污水处理成本中所占的比例越来越大,而且污泥中所含有的C、H等有机成分得不到充分利用。本文研究生化污泥掺混制备水煤浆,并经气化炉高温燃烧的工业处理方法,对生化污泥掺烧过程中气化炉的运行影响,燃烧后产生的气体、液体、固体组成进行评价分析,得到了一种处理生化污泥途径的工业方法。
                
                Biochemical activated sludge process produces a large number of biochemical sludge.Costs of sludge's treatment and disposal is occupying larger proportion in the sludge treatment costs.The organic com-ponents like carbon and hydrogen in sludge can't be fully utilized.This paper studies on the biochemical sludge mixing to prepare of coal-water slurry,and high temperature furnace combustion of coal-water slurry by industrial way,analyzes and evaluates the effecting of gasification process,post-combustion of gas,liq-uid and solid components,obtained an industrial method for dealing the biochemical sludge way.
