摘要臂丛神经阻滞麻醉因作用范围局部,对患者的呼吸、循环影响小,术后并发症少而广泛地应用于临床麻醉工作中。既往由于采用体表标志定位,经常出现神经阻滞不全,易损伤周围组织而使臂丛神经阻滞的临床应用受到一定的限制。而对于小儿上肢手术,由于患儿基本不予配合,臂丛神经阻滞在小儿上肢手术麻醉的应用更少。随着近年B超在麻醉中应用的兴起,及神经刺激仪的广泛使用,对于既往难以施行的小儿臂丛神经阻滞现在也越来越多地应用于临床工作中。本研究观察超声引导神经刺激仪辅助下臂丛神经阻滞在小儿上肢手术中的应用,分析其可行性及优势。
