摘要
文档资料这一企业数字资产是水利规划设计单位的宝贵财富。笔者分析了水利规划设计单位的文档资料管理现状及其面临的问题,介绍了知识库管理系统概念,结合其行业自身特点,分析了该系统的应用,并对后续应用进行了展望,以期通过该系统及其管理的数字资产推动企业可持续发展,形成以知识为中心的企业核心竞争优势。
The data of this enterprise digital asset is a valuable asset of water planning and design units.The author analyzes the current situation and the problems of document management of water conservancy planning and design units,and studies the concept of knowledge base management system.Combining with its own characteristics,this paper expatiates the application of the system in order to promote the sustainable development of enterprises through the system and its management of digital assets,and form the core competitive advantage of knowledge centered enterprises.
