摘要
实践教学质量如何评估以及质量指标权重大小已成为实践教学管理的一个棘手问题。论文对目前经济学专业实践教学质量考核评价现状进行了研究和反思,发现我国经济学教育评估中普遍存在两大现象:论文与课程权重过大,实践权重不突出;社会评价重视不足,高校办学特色不明显。因此,论文侧重于研究重新调节经济学实践教学质量指标权重,量化考核,构建合理的评估权重,进一步促进教育改革和完善人才培养计划。
How to evaluate the quality of practice teaching and the weight of quality index has become a thorny problem in practice teaching management.In this paper,the present status of the practice teaching quality evaluation of the economics profession was studied and rethinked,it is found that there are two phenomenas in our economics education evaluation:the weight of paper and class is too big,the weight of practice is not prominent;the social evaluation is not enough,and the characteristics of university education are not obvious.Therefore,this paper focuses on the study of re-adjusting the weight of teaching quality indicators,quantifying the assessment,constructing a reasonable assessment weight,and further promoting education reform and personnel training program.
