摘要
随着近年来综合管廊建设的如火如荼,我国已经建成相当里程的综合管廊。如何使其得到良好运营管理并发挥最大效益已成为首要任务。阐述欧洲、日本等相对成功的管理运营体系,同时着重介绍国内较为完善的管理运营案例。从法规制度的建立、专业化管理机构的组织、综合管廊费用的合理分摊等方面,总结其先进经验,以期为综合管廊建设管理提供借鉴、思路。
With the construction of utility tunnel in full swing in recent years,China has built utility tunnel with considerable mileage.How to get it to have good operational management and maximize the benefits has become the top priority.Explain the relatively successful management and operation systems in Europe and Japan,and highlight the relatively complete management and operation cases in China.From the establishment of laws and regulations,the organization of specialized management agencies,and the rational allocation of the costs of utility tunnel,etc.,the paper has summarized advanced experience in order to provide reference and ideas for the construction and management of utility tunnel.
