摘要
                
                    针对弦波信号间的相位差测量问题,提出了一种基于FPGA的相关法测量技术方案,着重分析了同步采样对相位差测量精度影响,详细阐述了FPGA基础上使用硬件描述语言实现测量算法的关键技术,并搭建实验平台对所研制的相位差测量原理样机进行了性能测试。实验结果表明,针对100 Hz低频弦波信号之间的相位差的测量,0~45°范围之内相对测量误差小于1.4%。
                
                In view of the problem of measuring the phase difference between the sinusoidal signals,a technical scheme using correlation method based on FPGA is proposed.The effect of simultaneous sampling on the phase difference measurement accuracy is analyzed,and the technical characteristics of the measurement algorithm using hardware description language based FPGA is introduced.An experimental platform is built to test the performance of the measuring system,and the corresponding test method is proposed.The experimental results show that the phase difference between two 100 Hz sinusoidal signals can be evaluated with the relative measurement errors smaller than 1.4%within the phase difference range of 45°.
