摘要
采用调查问卷的方法对农村环境污染问题进行实证研究,分析了目前我国农村环境存在的主要问题,指出了导致污染情况的法律成因,提出了完善农村环境污染法律的相应对策,为我国农村环境污染的防治提供法律建议。
An empirical research on rural environmental pollution was carried out by questionnaire.The main problems existing in rural environment in China were analyzed.The legal causes of pollution were pointed out.Corresponding countermeasures to improve rural environmental pollution law were put forward.This article provided legal advice for the prevention and treatment of rural environmental pollution in our country.
