摘要
开展社会化服务是高校图书馆应承担的社会责任。文章结合国内外专家学者的相关理论,简述我国高校图书馆社会化服务的发展历程,从政策保障、开放机制、人才和经费等方面,深入剖析高校图书馆社会化服务面临的主要困难,借鉴部分高校图书馆社会化服务的成功经验,提出相关的发展策略。
The development of social service in university libraries is the inevitable trend of historical development.This paper combines the relevant theories at home and abroad,analyzes the typical difficulties faced by the social service of the university library in our country from the aspect of policy guarantee,open mechanism,talent and fund,and draws lessons from the successful experience of the socialization service of some university libraries,and puts forward the targeted development strategy.
