试制总拼夹具多车型混线生产技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 样车试制是汽车前期研发中非常重要的阶段,目前大多主机厂样车试制中所使用的总拼夹具多为同平台车型专用总拼夹具,即只能生产完A车型后再生产B车型。当遇到多款样车同一周期内试制时,需在其他生产场地重新开发一套专用总拼夹具对应,这种方式不仅增加了样车试制的设计制造和管理成本,而且延长了项目中样车试制的周期,对整个车型开发都有较大影响。文章重点介绍的多车型混线、柔性化试制总拼夹具,其兼容A0~C级平台车型混线生产,实现生产场地和设备利用率最大化,同时缩短了试制生产周期。 Prototype manufacture is a very important stage in pre-automobile research and development.At present,most of the main factories use the total assembly jig which is for the same platform.For this reason the B model will be produced,after the production of A model.When there are many prototype trial-manufactures during the same period of trial production of multiple models,it is necessary to redevelop a set of special fixture at other production sites.This method not only increases the design and manufacturing and management costs of prototype trial production.Moreover,the period of prototype trial production in the project has been extended,which has a great impact on the development of the entire vehicle model.This paper focuses on the multi-model hybrid line and trial flexible jig system.It is compatible with the hybrid production of A0~C platform,which maximizes the utilization rate of the production site and equipment,and reduces the trial production cycle.
