摘要
海上采油注水系统水泵骤停、阀门突然关闭等引发的水锤效应造成的瞬时异常高压可能导致局部超压生产水排到舷外,使管道和设备严重受损,甚至危及现场工作人员人身安全。在已有成本优化条件下拟构了海上采油注水系统的典型模型,以水锤理论为依据分析了模型系统内由各种自动控制因素、电力供应中断、设备和阀门故障等造成的停泵、关阀水锤效应的影响范围和严重程度,结合陆地各行业的水锤防控经验提出了适用于海上采油设施的水锤效应控制措施,同时给出处置井口平台注水紧急舷外排放的思路。
Water hammer with sudden water pump stop or valves close may cause unusual high pressure in the piping system and force some local production water to discharge overboard for the extra pressure relief,even damage equipment or piping and expose the staff to danger.This article sets up a typical model of water injection system for offshore oil production based on the cost-oriented design result,analyzes different effects of water hammers caused by auto-control system,power failure and equipment or valves faults,gives some measures and ideas suitable for offshore oil production facility,which includes some successful onshore practices,to control these effects as well as overboard discharge of injection production water on wellhead platform.
