摘要利用案例研究法和内容分析法,对"2017年中国高校图书馆发展论坛"获奖案例进行比较分析,总结"双一流"背景下高校图书馆服务创新的特点和不足,积累可供借鉴的经验,为今后高校图书馆的创新服务工作提供参考。目前,高校图书馆的服务创新呈现服务类型交融性、服务内容延续性、服务方式多样性、服务产出成效性的特征,今后的服务创新实践应加强图书馆同行之间的合作,发挥图书馆学会和图书馆联盟的领导、协调作用,健全高校图书馆服务创新机制。 Using the case study method and content analysis method,this article comparatively analyzes the awarded cases in Chinese University Library Development Forum in 2017 and summarizes the characteristics and shortcomings of service innovation in university libraries under the background of“double first-rate construction”.It provides new references for service innovation by offering related experiences.At present,the service innovation in university libraries exhibits characteristics of types blend,content continuance,mode diversification and output effect;as a result,we should strengthen the cooperation among colleagues,give fu ll play to the role of library associations or library leagues alliance,and perfect the service innovation mechanism of university libraries during the service innovation practice in the future.
