摘要
水下钻孔爆破工程中,爆破产生的水中冲击波对于周围环境有着巨大危害,对爆破区域内的重要保护对象采取相应的防护措施意义重大。为研究气泡帷幕技术对于水中冲击波的削弱作用,结合长江九朝段炸礁工程,通过LS-DYNA模拟软件建立了水下钻孔爆破模型,对比分析了气泡帷幕的不同设置距离对削弱作用效果的影响。研究结果表明:气泡帷幕对于水中冲击波的峰值压力和冲量均有明显的削减作用,各工况下水中冲击波峰值压力及冲量削减比例分别为22.4%~49.6%和12.1%~53.7%;当气泡帷幕距离被保护对象5 m时,其削弱效果最好。
In underwater blasting engineering,water shock wave poses a great harm on the surrounding environment,so it is necessary to take corresponding protective measures against the important protected objects in the blasting area.Combined with the underwater reef blasting project in Jiulongpo-Chaotianmen section of Yangtze River,the weakening effect of bubble curtain on shock wave was studied through LS-DYNA simulation software by building different underwater borehole blasting calculation model,and the influence of different setting distance of bubble curtain on the weakening effect of shock was compared and analyzed.The analysis results show that bubble curtains can reduce the peak pressure and impulse momentum to a large extent with a reduction ratio of 22.4%~49.6%and 12.1%~53.7%respectively.When the distance between bubble curtain and the protected object is 5m,the weakening effect reaches the best.
