摘要
目的:分析止嗽散合三拗汤加减对慢性咳嗽的临床疗效和用药安全性。方法:选择2015年1月-2017年1月我院收治的患有慢性咳嗽的80例患者做为研究对象,严格按照随机原则将所有患者分为对照组与研究组,每组患者均有40例。对照组给予常规西药进行治疗,研究组给予三拗汤联合止嗽散加减进行治疗,观察并比较两组的临床疗效、咳嗽的严重程度变化及治愈时间。结果:对照组的总有效率(85.00%)比研究组(97.50%)低,研究组治疗后的咳嗽严重程度为(18.65±6.87),比对照组的(31.65±6.73)更优,研究组的治疗时间为(5.13±1.46)d,短于对照组(8.67±1.64)d,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:将止嗽散合三拗汤加减应用于慢性咳嗽的治疗中,能取得良好的效果,且患者的不良反应较少,用药安全性较高,建议临床应用与推广。
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of Zhisou San(止嗽散)plus the San’ao decoction(三拗汤)on chronic cough.Methods:80 patients with chronic cough were selected as subjects,and all patients were divided into the control group and study group according to random principle,40 patients in each.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The study group was treated with Zhisou San plus the San’ao decoction.Results:The total efficiency was 85%in the control group and lower than 97.5%in the study group.The variation of the severity degree of cough in the study group was(18.65±6.87),and superior to(31.65±6.73)the control group.The treatment time were(5.13±1.46)days in the study group,and shorter than(8.67±1.64)days in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhisou San plus the San’ao decoction on chronic cough can achieve good effects,with fewer adverse reactions and higher safety,is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
