摘要
产教融合2.0时代,得课程者得未来。地方高校要努力实现教师素养、教学方式、教学管理等教育供给端要素的转型升级,优化课程设计和供给。教师要走出书房,在根植地方中感知社会和市场的需要,将丰富深厚的地方文化资源转化为鲜活生动的教学资源。深化教学改革,充分利用地方自然生态、民俗文化、红色文化以及地方文学和人才资源,构建教学和学习的新形态,将教学空间拓展校园之外,把地方文化资源引入课堂之内。学生在接受鲜活有用、富有个性的课程供给中,收获有增量的学习效果。要让社会力量参与到课程建设和课程评价中来,真正实现协同育人、共建共享的产教融合。
Curriculum construction dominates the future development of local universities under the background of Integration of Production and Education 2.0.Local universities should strive to achieve the transformation and upgrading of the educational supply,such as teacher accomplishment,teaching methods,and teaching management,to optimize curriculum design and educational supply.It is necessary for teachers to step out of the study,perceive the needs of society and market,and transform the profound local cultural resources into the vivid teaching resources.More importantly,teachers should deepen and intensify teaching reform with the invisible resources,including local natural ecology,folk culture,red culture,local literature as well as talents.In addition,teachers should construct new forms of teaching and learning,expand the teaching space outside the campus,and introduce local cultural resources into the classroom teaching.Students receive incremental learning by accepting the live and unique courses.It is essential to attract social forces to participate in curriculum development and evaluation,and truly ensure the integration of production and education to be featured in collaborative education,co-construction and sharing.
