摘要
目的探讨综合护理应用对经尿道前列腺电切术患者术后尿失禁发生的影响。方法选取2014年1月~2017年9月在深圳市龙岗中心医院泌尿外科收治的前列腺增生症患者中选出98例,均接受经尿道前列腺电切术治疗,随机分成两组,对照组给予常规围术期护理,观察组加用综合护理措施,对比两组术后尿失禁发生率、住院时间和护理满意度。结果观察组患者术后尿失禁发生率明显低于对照组,且住院时间较对照组更短(P<0.05);观察组对护理服务满意度100.0%高于对照组89.80%(P<0.05)。结论综合护理应用于经尿道前列腺电切术患者中利于避免术后尿失禁的发生,促进患者术后康复。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on postoperative urinary incontinence in patients with transurethral resection of prostate.Methods Ninety-eight patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who were treated with transurethral resection of the prostate in our hospital from January 2014 to September 2017 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given conventional perioperative nursing,while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing measures.The incidence of postoperative urinary incontinence,hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of urinary incontinence in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the time of hospitalization was shorter than that of the control group,P<0.05;The satisfaction rate of nursing service in observation group was 100.0%,which was higher than 89.80%in control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in transurethral resection of prostate is helpful to avoid postoperative incontinence and promote postoperative rehabilitation.
