摘要
纳米晶须是人工控制条件下以单晶结构形式生长的尺寸细小的高纯度针状纤维材料。目前多糖纳米晶须的利用与开发主要面临两个问题:一是原材料的开发与初步提取中产率低;二是制备过程能耗高,对环境破坏大,产生的废料难以回收。主要总结:纤维素纳米晶须、甲壳素纳米晶须和淀粉纳米晶须的制备方法、产物优缺点和应用研究。多糖纳米晶须作为功能纳米材料,对它的制备工艺的优化使其在更多行业范围进行应用。
Polysaccharide nanowhiskers possess excellent properties,such as biodegradability,biocompatibility,low density,high mechanical properties,good economic value and recyclability.There are two major problems in the application and development of polysaccharide nanowhiskers.Firstly,the extracting process of raw materials is hard and the yield is low.Secondly,the preparation process is accompanied by high energy consumption,destruction to the environment and generation of waste,which is difficult to be recycled.Different preparation methods of cellulose whisker,starch whisker and chitin whisker were evaluated and compared.The application of polysaccharide whiskers in the food and pharmaceutical field was summarized.Furthermore,future research on optimization of the polysaccharide whiskers preparation and applications of nanowhiskers in more industries was outlined.
