摘要
针对某黄金生产企业氰化尾矿的特点,充分利用现有设备进行氰化尾矿无害化处理,以氰化尾矿毒性浸出指标达到一般工业固体废物标准为主要研究目的,采用因科法对该企业的氰化尾矿进行综合治理,并对试验条件进行了优化。结果表明,焦亚硫酸钠投加量为2.5 g/L,五水硫酸铜投加量为0.05 g/L,反应时间为3 h,气液比为5∶1,氰化尾矿温度为40℃条件下,处理后的氰化尾矿液相中总氰化合物质量浓度低于23.4 mg/L时,氰化尾矿(含水率约20%)毒性浸出液中总氰化合物质量浓度低于0.5 mg/L,且处理后的氰化尾矿回水对企业选矿指标无影响。
According to the cyanide tailings characteristics of a gold production enterprise,the existing equipment is made full use of to detoxify cyanide tailings,with the goal that the toxicity index after leaching reach the common industrial solid waste standard.Inco method is employed for comprehensive treatment of cyanide tailings and the experiment conditions are optimized.The results showed that the optimum treatment parameters were as follows:the dosage of sodium pyrosulfite was 2.5 g/L,the dosage of copper sulfate pentahydrate was 0.05 g/L,the reaction time was 3 h,the gas-liquid ratio was 5∶1,the cyanide tailings temperature was 40℃;under these conditions,the total cyanide mass concentration in the cyanide tailings liquid phase was less than 23.4 mg/L,and the total cyanide mass concentration in the toxic leachate of cyanide tailings(about 20%moisture content)is less than 0.5 mg/L and the return water from cyanide tailings treatment has no side effect on mineral processing indexes.
