摘要
当前旧水泥混凝土路面改造中,加铺沥青面层极为常见。但在荷载、温度等因素影响下,原水泥混凝土板接、裂缝位置极易出现相对位移现象,进而产生反射裂缝。碎石化技术的应用可对反射裂缝问题进行有效处理,其能够由源头上遏制反射裂缝,能破碎水泥混凝土面板后在进行面层铺设。作为一种新型水泥混凝土路面原位破碎利用技术,碎石化技术可用于大范围水泥混凝土路面损坏施工,并取得了良好施工效果。
During the renovation of old cement concrete pavement,it is very common to add asphalt pavement.However,under the influence of loads,temperature and other factors,the original cement concrete slab joints and cracks are prone to relative displacements,which in turn cause reflection cracks.The application of rubblization technology can effectively deal with the problem of reflective cracks,which can contain reflective cracks from the source,and can be used to lay the surface after crushing cement concrete panels.As a new type of in-situ crushing and utilization technology of cement concrete pavement,the rubblization technology can be used for the damage construction of a large range of cement concrete pavement,and has achieved good construction results.
