摘要
随着国家测绘地理信息局大力推广应用国产低空无人飞行器航测遥感系统,无人机航空摄影技术得到很大的发展和应用,同时也遇到诸多困难。通过对无人机航空摄影当前面临的困境等的梳理,从法律法规、认证制度、管理平台、基础设施和信用体系建设等多方面,探索走出困境的思路和办法。
With the National Administration of Surveying, Mapping and Geoinformation of China popularizing the aerial survey remote sensing system of domestic low altitude UAV, UAV aerial photography technology has been greatly developed and applied, but also encountered considerable difficulties. Analyzing the plight of UAV aerial photography, we explored the way out of the dilemma from the aspects of laws and regulations, certification system, management platform, infrastructure and credit system construction.
