摘要
作为一项支持企业创新发展的普惠性政策,科技服务券得到越来越多地区政府部门的重视,国内主要省市已经出台了相关政策,让中小企业充分享受到了政策红利,对推动大众创业、万众创新具有积极的意义。但是,由于区域间的推行政策不同,组织形式不同,导致科技服务券的业务流程和管理方式有着本质的区别。文章根据对当前主流科技服务券管理系统的分析,设计了一种基于后补贴模式的科技服务券管理系统,为科技服务券的工作开展提供了一个可行性较强的管理工具。
As a support for enterprise innovation and development of general policy,science and technology service voucher get the attention of the government,more and more areas of domestic major provinces and cities have introduced relevant policies,let small and medium-sized enterprise fully enjoy the dividend policy,to promote the entrepreneurship,innovation has a positive meaning.However,due to different implementation policies and different organizational forms,the business process and management style of science and technology service vouchers are fundamentally different.In this paper,based on the analysis of the management system of the current mainstream technology service vouchers,design a kind of technology based on the pattern of subsidy after the service ticket management system,service for science and technology for the work of securities provided a feasibility stronger management tools.
