摘要
结合近几年化学、材料、化工学科的研究热点,探讨了一个由科研实验"磁性复合物的制备与表征"设计转化的综合化学教学实验。通过此综合教学实验,学生可了解纳米材料的合成方法及表征技术,掌握红外光谱仪和热重分析仪的结构、原理及操作方法,了解高倍透射电镜、X射线粉末衍射仪、X射线光电子能谱仪等大型仪器的原理、制样方法以及操作技能,培养学生的动手实践能力、创新意识,激发他们对科研的兴趣。
Based on the research hotspots in the disciplines of the chemistry,materials science and chemical engineering in recent years,the transformation from the design of the scientific research experiment of“Preparation and characterization of magnetic complexes”in to the teaching experiment of comprehensive chemistry is explored.Through this experiment,the students can understand the synthesis methods and characterization techniques of nanomaterials,master the structure,principles and operation methods of the infrared spectrometer and thermogravimetric analyzer,and understand the principles,sample preparation methods and operation skills of the large instruments such as the high-power transmission electron microscope,X-ray powder diffractometer,X-ray photoelectron spectrometer,etc.The students’practical ability and innovative awareness are cultivated and their interest in scientific research is aroused.
