摘要
为深入探讨不同耐盐性花生品种的耐盐适应机制,分别对高度耐盐品种(花育25)、耐盐品种(花育22)和盐敏感品种(花育33)花生幼苗进行50mmol/L、100mmol/L、150mmol/L及200mmol/L NaCl胁迫处理,研究不同花生品种在NaCl胁迫下植株形态发育、光合色素含量、活性氧代谢及渗透调节等相关指标的差异。结果表明:NaCl胁迫对花生地上部的抑制程度大于对根系的抑制,高度耐盐及耐盐品种的地上部受抑制程度小于盐敏感品种;随着NaCl浓度的增加,盐敏感品种的叶绿素及类胡萝卜素含量下降幅度明显大于高度耐盐品种和耐盐品种;NaCl胁迫下高度耐盐品种及耐盐品种叶片及根系具有较高的SOD、POD活性和较低的MDA含量,活性氧代谢能力较强,膜脂过氧化水平低;另外,高NaCl浓度下,叶片和根系中较高的可溶性蛋白及脯氨酸含量也是高度耐盐品种重要的耐盐适应特征。
In order to explore the adaptation mechanism of peanut varieties with different salt tolerance,the peanut seedlings of high salt tolerant variety(HY25),salt tolerant variety(HY22)and salt sensitive variety(HY33)were treated with 50,100,150 and 200 mmol/L NaCl,respectively.The differences of index of the morphological development,photosynthetic pigment content,active oxygen metabolism and osmotic adjustment of different peanut varieties under NaCl stress were determined.The results showed that the inhibition of NaCl stress on the shoots was higher than that of the roots,and the inhibition on highly salt-tolerant varieties and salt-tolerant varieties was less than that of salt-sensitive varieties.From the photosynthetic pigment analysis,with the increase of NaCl concentration,the content of chlorophyll and carotenoid decreased significantly higher than that of high salt tolerance and salt tolerance.The leaves and roots of highly salt-tolerant varieties and salt-tolerant varieties had higher SOD,POD activity and lower MDA content,and had lower membrane lipid oxidation levels under NaCl stress.In addition,higher soluble protein and proline content in leaves and roots are also important salt tolerant traits of highly tolerant varieties.
