摘要
试验旨在研究强制补饲日龄对兰州地区小尾寒羊羔羊生产性能的影响。选择出生健康的小尾寒羊公羔(一胎双羔)共40只,初生重3.62 kg±0.72 kg,随机分为2组,一组7日龄开始强制补饲开食料,另一组35日龄开始强制饲喂开食料。两组均在56日龄断奶,并逐渐开始替换为生长羔羊料,饲喂至70日龄,统计整个哺乳期羔羊体重及采食量。结果表明:7日龄和35日龄补饲组羔羊体重均随着日龄增加逐渐上升,42、49、56和63日龄时,7日龄补饲组体重显著高于35日龄补饲组(P<0.05)。42~49日龄时,7日龄补饲组平均日增重显著小于35日龄补饲组(P<0.05)。随日龄增加,两组羔羊采食量均逐渐增加,56日龄断奶后,采食量迅速增加,且7日龄补饲组采食量高于35日龄补饲组。在该试验条件下,饲喂开食料可提高羔羊生产性能,相对于35日龄饲喂开食料,7日龄饲喂更利于促进其快速生长。
This experiment was conducted to study the effect of forced-feeding age on performance of Small-tail han sheep lamb in Lanzhou.40 sound male lambs(2 per litter)with an averaged birth weight of 3.62 kg±0.72 kg were selected and divided into two groups,one group was forced-fed from 7 days of age and the other one was forced-fed from 35 days of age.Two groups were both weaned at the age of 56 days and since then,the diets were switched to growing lamb feed gradually and lambs were fed to 70 days of age.The body weight and feed intake of the lambs were recorded during the whole lactation period.The results showed that the weight of lambs increased gradually in two groups,and the body weights of the group forced-fed from 7 days of age were significantly higher than that of the group forced-fed from 35 days of age(P<0.05)at 42,49,56 and 63 days of age,respectively.The average daily gain of the group forced-fed from 7 days of age was significantly lower than that of the group forced-fed from 35 days of age(P<0.05)at 42-49 days of age.With the increasement of age,the feed intake increased,and the feed intake increased rapidly after weaning at 56 days of age and the feed intake of the group forced-fed from 7 days of age was higher than that of the group forced-fed from 35 days of age.In this experiment,the forced-feeding could improve the production performance of lambs,and compared to 35 days of age,forced-feeding from 7 days of age was better to promote the growth.
