摘要
分析了我国水泥企业自行监测工作中存在的问题,根据相关污染物排放控制标准、技术规范等研究设计了水泥企业的自行监测方案,对监测点位、监测指标及监测频次作出了统一的规定和要求,为今后我国水泥企业自行监测工作的顺利开展提供了技术依据,进一步规范了水泥企业自行监测行为,同时为我国水泥企业实行排污许可"一证式"管理提供技术支撑。
In this study,the problems existing in the self-monitoring work of the cement industry in China were analyzed.According to the relevant pollutant emission control standards and guidelines,self-monitoring programs of the cement industry were designed.Unified regulations and requirements were proposed for monitoring points,monitoring indicators and monitoring frequency.The study provided a technical basis for smooth development of the self-monitoring work of the cement industry in the future,further standardized the self-monitoring behavior of the cement industry,and provided technical support for“one license-based”pollutant discharge permit management in the cement industry.
