摘要
重金属污染对生态环境和人体健康危害突出,是政府和社会公众重点关注的环境问题。《重金属污染综合防治"十二五"规划》实施以来,重金属污染防治取得积极成效,但重金属污染防控总体形势依然不容乐观。文章介绍了"十二五"时期我国重金属污染防治工作进展,分析了"十三五"时期我国重金属污染防控定位和形势,并提出了"十三五"时期重金属污染防控思路和任务。
Heavy metal pollution is an important environmental issue for the government and the public because it is harmful to the ecological environment and human health.Heavy metal pollution control has achieved positive results during the“12 th Five-year Plan”period,but the overall situation of heavy metal pollution prevention and control is still not optimistic.In this article,the progress of heavy metal pollution control in China during the“12 th Five-year Plan”period is introduced and the position and situation of China′s heavy metal pollution control during the“13 th Five-year Plan”period is analyzed.Then,the ideas and tasks of heavy metal pollution control in the“13 th Five-year Plan”period are put forwards accordingly.
