基于变容管的0.5 GHz~1.2 GHz宽带可调谐功率放大器设计 被引量:1

A 0.5 GHz~1.2 GHz Wideband Tunable Power Amplifier Based on Varactors

摘要 针对无线通信系统向多频、微型等方向发展的需求,基于负载牵引系统测试出的功率器件最大输出时的源阻抗和负载阻抗,采用基于变容管的频率调谐技术,输入输出匹配均采用可调谐匹配网络的形式,设计了一款在0.5 GHz^1.2 GHz内可宽带调谐的功率放大器。测试结果表明,该功率放大器频率调谐比达82.3%,且在调谐频率范围内1 dB压缩时的输出功率均大于32.1 dBm,增益大于10.1 dB,漏极效率大于38.4%。 For the needs of developing wireless communication system for multi-band and miniaturization,according to the theory of frequency tunable technology with varactors,a tunable power amplifier was designed with tunable match networks based on source and load impedence tested by the Load-Pull system.The test results show that the power amplifier could be tuned from 0.5 GHz to 1.2 GHz,the frequency tuning ratio is 82.3%,and in the working band the 1 dB compression power(P1dB)is greater than 32.1 dBm,the Gain is greater than 10.1 dB,the Drain efficiency is greater than 38.4%.
