摘要
文章结合上海轨道交通13号线武宁路站工程实例,介绍了BIM技术在该工程项目的设计、施工、竣工等全过程造价管理中的应用。结果表明,BIM建模软件具有建模精度高、三维建模交互好以及参数化驱动模型功能,能够预测施工过程可能出现的情况,减少设计变更避免返工。相关研究成果可为同类地铁车站的设计和施工提供参考借鉴。
Combining with the engineering example of Wuning Road Station of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 13,this article introduced the application of BIM technology in the full-process cost management of this project,such as design,construction and completion.The results showed that BIM modeling software has the high modeling accuracy,good 3D modeling interaction and parametric driving model functions,which can predict the possible occurrence in the construction process,reduce design changes and avoid rework.The relevant research results can provide reference for the design and construction of similar metro stations.
