摘要
                
                    副车架作为连接车身及多连杆独立悬架的载体,其主要由主体梁以及为多连杆提供安装点的支架焊接组成,需要满足空间布置、强度、刚度、模态、疲劳寿命等要求。目前很大部分副车架主体梁采用冲压焊接成型。文章结合实际应用从轻量化、工艺、质量、成本对比分析冲压焊接成型梁副车架与液压成型梁副车架,提出副车架液压成型梁替代冲压焊接成型梁可行性,为副车架设计与制造提供参考方案。
                
                Sub-frame as a connection between body and multi-link of independent suspension,it mainly consists of main beam and bracket for the multi-link,it needs to satisfy the space layout,strength,stiffness,modal and fatigue life.There are lots of sub-frame main beam is made of stamping welding forming beam.In this paper,lightweight,technology,quality,cost will be analyzed between stamping welding forming beam and hydraulic molding beam,stamping welding forming beam will be instead by hydraulic molding beam is feasibility,providing the reference solution for frame design and manufacture.
