摘要
总结分析了武汉市医养结合的几种典型模式及案例,认为筹资渠道较单一、养老政策不完善、专业医护人员短缺、服务标准不统一等是武汉市医养结合模式发展的制约因素,并从政策、制度、人才、法律、标准等几个方面提出对策建议,以完善武汉市医养结合服务体系,促进医养结合模式良性发展。
It sums up and analyzes several classic model of integrated medical treatment and convalesce models and cases in Wuhan.It thinks that constraints of integrated medical treatment and convalesce model development in Wuhan such as financing channels is single,old-supporting policy is imperfect,professional medical staff is shortage and service standard is disunity.It puts forward countermeasures from policy,rule,talent,law and standard,so as to perfect service system of integrated medical treatment and convalesce system in Wuhan,and promote begin development of integrated medical treatment and convalesce model in Wuhan.
