摘要
射孔液作为射孔后最先接触储层的外来流体,对控制后续井筒内工作液的漏失和储层保护起着至关重要的作用。免破胶EZFLOW射孔液体系是在弱凝胶钻开液基础上改进的具有优异携砂性能,良好的固相静态悬浮能力;在射孔段形成具有"单向液体开关"的滤饼,低滤失,易返排,对地层伤害小的优良无固相完井液。通过实验对比数据和现场应用效果,对该射孔液的性能进行了评价,并证明其具有良好的适应性和储层保护效果。该体系的成功应用为油田的深度调整开发提供了新的技术手段和储层保护措施,应用前景广泛。
The external fluid after perforating fluid as first contact reservoir,control of the working fluid in the wellbore leakage and subsequent reservoir protection plays a vital role.Free gelout EZFLOW perforating fluid system is based on weak gel drilling fluid on the improvement of the excellent portability sand performance,static levitation ability good solid.The cake is formed with"one-way liquid switch"in perforation section,low filtra-tion,easy flowback,solid free completion fluid for formation damage small excellent.The performance of the perforating fluid is evaluated by comparing the data and field applica-tion results,and proves that it has good adaptability and reservoir protection effect.The successful application of this system provides new technical means and reservoir protection measures for the depth adjustment and development of oil fields,and has a wide application prospect.
