摘要
文章主要论述了采用异型坯生产Q345NQR2耐腐蚀H型钢,通过对Q345NQR2耐腐蚀H型钢的化学成分设计和冶炼、连铸、加热及轧制等生产过程的工艺控制,使得Q345NQR2耐腐蚀H型钢的组织和力学性能及耐腐蚀性能均满足,作为铁路车辆底架的纵梁耐腐蚀用钢的技术要求。
In the paper,it is mainly discussed the use of special-shaped blank to produce Q345NQR2 corrosion resistant H beam.Through the chemical composition design and the process control of production processes in smelting,continuous casting,heating and rolling of Q345NQR2 corrosion resistant H beam.Both the microstructure,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of Q345NQR2 corrosion resistant H beam are met the technical requirements for longitudinal beam corrosion resistance steel use as the railway vehicle underframe.
