摘要
为了提高楼宇通风控温自动化并实现对系统的及时监控,设计了基于组态王的组合式空调新风系统。将新风系统与中央空调相结合,利用新风系统实现内外空气过滤交换、中央空调控制温度,既可以解决夏冬季空间密闭和雾霾等空气污染造成的新鲜空气不流通、室内气体污浊等问题,又可以借助新风系统的热交换实现空调能耗的降低。现场工控机对新风空调系统进行实时监控,对发生的异常可以进行快速的故障点排查并完成及时有效的处理。组态王与PLC数据信息进行实时交换,通过监控画面显示系统运行状态,与传统工业机相比可以更快收集信息,具有实时性,灵活性。
A new air conditioning system based on Kingview is designed in this paper.Industrial computer control that real-time monitors the abnormalities of fresh air and air-conditioning system can be quickly troubleshooting and complete timely and effective treatment.Kingview and PLC exchange of data and information timely,through the monitoring screen shows the system operating status.
