摘要 随着工业机器人在智能制造中的广泛应用,未来对生产线的智能控制必然是信息领域和物理领域深度融合的结果。为了将信息物理系统(Cyber-Physical Systems,CPS)应用到工业控制领域,提出了基于CPS技术工业机器人实训中心的建设方案,通过设计一种基于CPS技术的智能笔筒生产线,作为工业机器人实训中心的主要设备,证明了这种体系结构符合现代企业的信息化和生产现状,同时满足了高职学生的认知和实践锻炼。 This paper puts forward the construction scheme of industrial robot training center based on CPS technology and proves this system construction conforms to the informatization and production status of modern enterprise and meet the cognition and practical training of vocational college students as well by designing the production line of intelligent pen container based on CPS technology which serves as the main equipment of industrial robot training center.
