摘要
肥胖在当今社会逐渐成为危害人类健康的重要因素。在治疗肥胖症方面,饮食控制、运动和传统的内科疗法均难以获得稳定的减肥疗效,而外科手术创伤大、改变解剖结构,难以重复及影响美观,难以满足现代人的要求。随着内镜技术的发展,通过自然腔道(口腔-胃)实施减重手术显示出其独特优势。根据内镜下手术的原理,可分为:胃限制性手术、胃-空肠旁路途径、胃空间占用性手术。目前国内实施内镜下减重手术很少。本文对此三种术式、所需内镜装置及国内外应用效果作一综述,以期更多临床医师及群众了解内镜下减重手术的优势。
Obesity has become an important factor to affect human health nowadays.In the treatment of obesity,the effect of diet control,exercise,and traditional medicine therapy are not stable.On the other hand,obesity surgical treatment may cause serious trauma,change the anatomical structure,affect the appearance and is also difficult to repeat.Therefore,obesity surgical treatment is difficult to meet the requirements of modern generation.With the development of endoscopic technology,endoscopic bariatric surgery through natural cavity(oral cavity-stomach)shows its unique advantages.According to the surgical principles,endoscopic technologies can be classified into restrictive procedure,endoscopic revision of gastric bypass,and space occupation surgery.At present,endoscopic bariatric surgery is rarely operated in China.In order to better understand the advantages of endoscopic bariatric surgery,this paper reviews the recent progress on the three types of endoscopic operations,the endoscopic devices,and the application effectiveness at home and abroad.
