摘要
水力空化作为液体特有的现象,其本质属于相变过程,相变产生的空化泡在溃灭瞬间引起的空化效应,除广泛应用于水处理领域外,还被用于生物资源领域中.文章对水力空化的概念、优点、产生机理和空化判据,及其近年来在生物资源领域中的研究与应用新进展等进行了概述;最后提出,水力空化相比于超声空化能耗更低、能效更高和规模放大更易,其作为一种新型过程强化手段在生物资源领域的应用是其重要的研究方向,同时也将具有更广阔的的应用前景.
Hydrodynamic cavitation(HC)typically happens in liquid,and the nature of cavitation is a phase transition process,during which the cavitation bubble can be generated.The cavitation effect from the collapse of cavitation bubble has been widely used in the wastewater treatment,and also used in the biological resource field.In this paper,the concept of HC,the advantage of HC,the producing mechanism of HC,the criterion of HC and the recent application of HC in biological resource field were reviewed.Finally,it is proposed that compared to acoustic cavitation,HC is considered as a new technique of process intensification with the advantages of lower power consumption,higher energy efficiency and easier industrial scale,and the application of HC to the biological resource field is one of the most important research directions,which will also have extensive application prospects.
